1/2 cup lite mayonnaise
1 tbs. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tbs. sweet pickle relish, drained
1 tbs. finely chopped shallot
1 tbs. tiny capers, drained
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Lemon wedges and parsley sprigs for garnish
