3-4 lb bottom round (best choice) rump or arm roast
2-3 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp flour
1/4 cup cold water
1 tsp kitchen bouquet or any gravy browning/seasoning sauce
1 garlic clove minced
2 medium onion cut in wedges
6 potatoes cubed
1/2 lb carrots (i like to use baby carrots)
1 green pepper, sliced (optional)
