3/4 cup dry white wine
Garnish:
1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Almond pesto:
1/4 cup toasted almonds
2 garlic cloves
2 cups fresh basil leaves
6 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp grated parmesan cheese
