1 tbsp olive oil
250 g sausage cut into bite sized pieces (i used cumberland but you could use a spicy sausage)
170g chorizo sausage cut into thick slices
1 large onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 red pepper, diced
Salt and pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp plain flour
650 ml chicken stock
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
300g easy-cook brown rice
2 bay leaves
200g frozen king prawns
Dried parsley for garnish (optional)
